Delete your Lgeetak account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app itself, or by writing to us if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open Lgeetak and tap “My account”.
- Tap the settings button at the top.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm with “Delete for good”.
Without the app
Write to lgeetak.support@gmail.com from the email you signed up with, and say “Delete my account”. We check the account is yours, then delete it.
What is deleted, and what is kept
We keep your data while your account exists.
A chat ended by an unmatch or a block disappears for both people at once; we keep it hidden for 90 days in case a report comes in, then delete it.
Deleting your account in Settings immediately deletes your profile, photos, selfie, likes, matches, messages and notification token. One exception: reports you made or that were made about you are kept as evidence for 2 years, then deleted. Backups are erased within 7 days.
